Can you handle financial tracking and bookkeeping support?

How do you make sure nothing falls through the cracks?

I maintain structured task lists and trackers, set clear deadlines for myself, and proactively follow up on open items. If I notice something important being missed or overlooked, I flag it — rather than waiting to be asked.

How do you handle urgent or last-minute requests?

I prioritise quickly and communicate clearly. If something urgent comes in, I'll acknowledge it immediately, give you an honest estimate of when it will be done, and get to work. I understand that in fast-moving environments, priorities shift — and I adapt accordingly.

Are you proactive, or do you wait to be told what to do?

I'm proactive by nature. If I notice something that could be improved, a task that's been missed, or a process that could be made easier, I'll bring it up. I don't wait to be asked for every detail — I take initiative and report back once it's done.

Yes — I pick up new tools quickly. If you use a platform I haven't worked with before, I'll get up to speed fast without needing hand-holding. Most productivity and project management tools follow similar logic, so the learning curve is usually short.

How advanced is your spreadsheet work?

Advanced. I'm comfortable with complex formulas (SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP), pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, conditional formatting, and building structured templates that auto-calculate when new data is entered. I've built full financial reporting systems in spreadsheets for multi-branch businesses.

The projects shown are portfolio case studies based on real business scenarios — some from my own business operations and others built to demonstrate skills using real-world contexts. I do not publish paid client work publicly, as client data and deliverables are always kept confidential.

How do you handle sensitive or confidential information?

Discretion is non-negotiable. I treat all client information — emails, financials, business strategies, personal matters — with strict confidentiality. I'm comfortable signing NDAs and following any access or security protocols you have in place.

What information do you need to get started?

To get started, I typically need:
